1. Return Eligibility
Currently we don’t offer any return on our products unless any product related issue happens on transit. To claim the return a video containing unboxing video is mandatory. And the issue has to be raised via WhatsApp along with the package opening video within 5 days of arrival of the product. Any claims without the specific period of time will be void.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +91 8921852231 to request a return authorization.
Provide your order number and package opening video
Once authorised, securely package your item and ship it back to us at the address provided in the return authorization communication.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Once we recieve your product we will transfer your refund within 5 business days
4. Refund Process
Refunds are not available Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If approved, your replacement will be processed to your original product or else store credit value will be provided for alternate purchase of product which will be provided within 5 working days

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Make sure to take a video of the package opening for return and replacements. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue replacement at no additional cost.
